METAX-FZCO ("METAX", "we", "us", or "our") operates the official website for DARK MACHINE THE GAME (the "Site"). This Policy applies only to the Site (teaser stage) and not to any game software, mobile apps, or services on other platforms.

For the EEA/UK, METAX is the data controller. Under Japan's APPI, METAX is the personal information handling business operator for this Site.
